Research position open at UNINA!

Join the Giant Leaps team at the University of Naples "Federico II" on a 2-year postdoctoral position.

The Department of Agricultural Sciences at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II (Italy) published a call for a 2-year postdoctoral position to work on the GIANT LEAPS project!

The activities of our group within the project focus on the implementation of the in vitro gastrointestinal digestion model INFOGEST (https://www.cost.eu/actions/FA1005/). The candidate must have a good understanding of proteins, protein digestion, and proteomics techniques including electrophoresis, chromatography, and mass spectrometry. The project focuses on a large diversity of matrices, including insects and algae, and they will profile the digestibility, anti-nutritional factors, and allergenic proteins.
